This school is one of the oldest buildings in this valley of Gilfach Goch, I would recommend it to a friend because of how amazing it looks and by how friendly the local people are around it, the bad side to it is the school has not got much money and can not afford many new school equipment. Also the inside of it is groggy floors and walls, sometimes and you can tell that cleaners do not clean most of the school. But this school has one of the biggest sports halls in South Wales and is a state of the art clean conductive building.

I was born in high street Clydach 1942 I went to the school from 1947 till 1950 I would like to see photos of that time, I known live in Manchester please can someone help me thank you xx
Attended the school from 1947 to 1952. Owe much to John Chappel who taught me for my last years there. It was his first teaching post and died of cancer a few years after I left in 1952. Remember the old incline which ran past the bottom of the school yard and the half pennies we converted to pennies by placing them on the tracks for the train to run over.
